Job summary

Jobgether SRL invites applications for a Senior Product Manager based in Mexico to own a strategic portfolio including employee handbooks, compliance learning, and multi-state governance. You will lead discovery from problem definition through launch, collaborating with engineering, design, data science, and compliance teams to create AI-powered, workflow-driven experiences.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, including 3+ years owning a product area end-to-end.
• Strong track record of continuous customer discovery with interviews and evidence-based roadmap decisions.
• Experience designing products for at least two stakeholder groups (partner buyers and employers).
• Proven ability to write clear product requirements and decision documents for diverse teams.
• Experience defining and tracking product success metrics and adjusting strategy accordingly.
• Proven collaboration with engineering, design, and data science in agile environments.
• Experience developing AI-assisted or agentic product experiences with human-review/escalation points.
• Experience working with legal/compliance/subject-matter experts in regulated environments.
• Strong analytical thinking, customer empathy, structured problem solving, and clear written communication.
• Ability to operate in a fast-changing environment with ownership and risk communication.
• Bachelor level or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product strategy for employee handbooks, compliance learning, multi-state management and onboarding workflows.
• Develop deep understanding of employers, HR practitioners, brokers, PEOs, and stakeholders, identifying current processes and gaps.
• Maintain clear understanding of buyers, users, approvers and accountable owners across sales channels.
• Establish measurable product outcomes (handbook production time, acknowledgment rates, training completion, compliance workflow effectiveness).
• Lead ongoing customer discovery through interviews, feedback analysis, and collaboration with HR/compliance experts.
• Translate research into testable assumptions; validate proposals via prototypes and experiments; prioritize by evidence.
• Shape AI-enabled product experiences with verified content and expert review to generate handbooks, policy updates, trainings, and evidence.
• Define AI agent autonomy, human approvals, and escalation points to experts.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science to create PRDs, backlog items, and delivery plans.
• Oversee launches, adoption, performance, and continuous improvement; adjust priorities based on evidence and metrics.
• Coordinate with compliance content teams, HR advisory, customer success, partner management and GTM teams for consistent experiences.
• Ensure policy changes are distributed to employees and translated into HR/payroll configurations via human-reviewed workflows.
• Demonstrate value of compliance products through usage data, acknowledgment records, and training evidence.
• Maintain alignment with existing commitments and future priorities, communicating risks and trade-offs early.
• Enable sales, support, and implementation teams to communicate new capabilities and value to customers and partners.
