Job summary

XTransfer is seeking a Sales Executive (Fintech) on-site in Miguel Hidalgo, CMX, to drive SME growth through cross-border financial solutions. You will lead the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, while collaborating with product and operations to tailor offerings.

You will analyze client needs, present solutions clearly, build relationships, and maintain CRM records. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with on-site work in Mexico City.

Qualifications

• Strong B2B sales and account management skills with lead generation, pipeline management and negotiation.
• Experience in fintech, cross-border payments, banking or financial services for SME needs.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities to explain complex financial solutions.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and basic data analysis to forecast sales and engagement.
