Formación

• 1-2 years in outbound sales, business development, or lead generation.
• Experience in fintech, SaaS, or startups preferred.
• Proven success in prospecting and qualifying leads.
• Experience with social selling and CRM tools (Salesforce).
• Data-driven mindset to measure and optimize performance.

Responsabilidades

• Own pipeline generation through outbound strategies.
• Identify and engage potential clients via LinkedIn, email, calls.
• Qualify leads and hand off to Account Executives for closing.
• Track outreach performance and test messaging to improve conversion rates.
• Stay up-to-date on fintech trends and competitive insights to educate prospects.
