EquipNet seeks a Field Service Engineer to support Hamilton and Tecan liquid handling platforms across biotech and clinical labs. The role includes remote, on-site, and in-house duties, with refurbishment at the Cerritos facility and client-site visits.

The candidate will diagnose hardware/software issues, perform PMs and calibrations, and assist with IQ/OQ/PQ validation. Travel up to 25% and a strong emphasis on documentation apply.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on servicing, programming, or support for Hamilton and/or Tecan liquid handling platforms.
• Familiarity with Hamilton Venus and/or Tecan EVOware/FluentControl software.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills (robotics, pneumatics, motion control).
• Bench-level refurbishment/repair in shop or field setting.

Aufgaben

• Provide remote, on-site, and in-facility support for Hamilton and Tecan liquid handling systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and application issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and calibrations to meet specs and regulatory standards.
• Refurbish and recondition systems at our Cerritos facility before redeployment or resale.
• Support installation, IQ/OQ/PQ, and validation of new systems and automation workcells.
• Troubleshoot and optimize automation scripts (Hamilton Venus, Tecan EVOware/FluentControl).
• Provide training to lab personnel on operation and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate service logs and compliance records.
• Collaborate with engineering, customer service, and support teams to resolve issues.
• Extend support to Beckman Biomek, Agilent Bravo as needed.
