Job summary

Citi in Mexico is seeking an entry-level Field Sales Team Lead to provide strong leadership for a team delivering comprehensive sales support aligned with the Consumer Sales group. The role aims to ensure seamless Citi client service and help the team meet sales targets, while maintaining compliance and ethical standards.

The position requires experience in financial sales and customer service, plus leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Previous relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in financial sales, customer service and management required.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Proactive leadership and motivational skills.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
• Creative problem solving and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Conduct performance evaluations, compensation, hiring, disciplinary actions, and termination of team members.
• Service existing accounts and establish new accounts to increase revenue.
• Proactively approach Citi clients to identify needs and promote Citi products.
• Provide product information and outline features and benefits to clients.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities to sell other products.
• Achieve or exceed decided sales targets.
