Formación

• 2 years of experience leading a sales team
• Experience in financial sector and sales preferred
• Working knowledge of financial regulations and mortgage transaction structure
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a team to deliver sales and client support aligned with Consumer Sales
• Track data submissions, logins, bookings, and disbursals to hit targets
• Acquire new clients through tele-caller outreach and micromarketing
• Serve as first point of contact for client concerns or questions
• Analyze client interests, problems and potential needs for new products
• Conduct meetings with clients, vendors, and channels and optimize revenue
