Global Payments is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our high-energy team and drive growth for small and mid-sized businesses in Monterrey. You will connect clients with innovative payment and commerce solutions, using strategic prospecting and consultative selling to uncover needs and deliver measurable outcomes.

In this role, you will own a growing territory, build lasting client relationships, and collaborate with the District Leader to accelerate performance.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by connecting small and mid-sized businesses with Genius and Global Payments solutions that simplify payments and improve business performance.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship-building that creates consistent sales opportunities.
• Lead consultative sales conversations that uncover client needs, demonstrate value, and deliver solutions that create measurable business outcomes.
• Establish yourself as a trusted advisor by staying informed on industry trends, market developments, and emerging client challenges.
• Influence business decisions by presenting tailored solutions that align with each client’s goals and support long-term success.
• Partner closely with your District Leader to identify growth opportunities, accelerate sales performance, and achieve ambitious business objectives.
• Create momentum throughout the sales cycle by managing opportunities effectively and moving prospects confidently toward successful outcomes.
• Strengthen Global Payments’ presence in your territory by building lasting client relationships and expanding market opportunities.
