Flix is seeking a Field Operations Support Agent to help scale our Monterrey-based operations. You will coordinate facilities maintenance, manage administrative records, monitor field situations, and ensure timely communications across the Flix/Greyhound network.

The role requires a detail-oriented individual with flexible shifts to support our 24/7 operation and experience with Excel and CMMS/CRM tools is a plus.

Formación

• At least one year of professional experience in facilities coordination or administrative support.
• Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Familiarity with project management, CMMS, or CRM platforms such as Salesforce is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate facilities maintenance and repair requests, follow up with vendors, schedule work, and track progress in the project management platform.
• Maintain detailed tickets and records for OpEx/CapEx projects, communicate with contractors, and flag risks.
• Maintain admin records across facilities, security, operations, and produce Excel reports for stakeholders.
• Log field incidents via calls and updates to security, risk, and operations teams in a timely manner.
• Support SAM domain with accounting, invoicing, and administrative tasks as needed.
• Continuously improve processes to ensure service quality and compliance.
