Flix Mexico is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead the operational performance of Bus Partners, ensuring safety, reliability, and KPI achievement across the network.

You will coach partners and drivers, coordinate with cross-functional teams, monitor service quality, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights and strong stakeholder management, with frequent regional travel.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Transportation or related field.
• 4 years of experience in operations, transportation, logistics, mobility, or service operations management.
• Experience managing external partners, suppliers, or operational stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using KPIs, Excel, and reporting tools to support decision-making.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills; ability to influence without authority.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the assigned region.
• Proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead operational performance of assigned Bus Partners to meet KPIs.
• Coach and train Bus Partners, drivers, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Customer Service, Network Planning, Legal, Finance to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor service quality via KPIs, field inspections, audits, and performance reviews.
• Manage operational incidents, regulatory compliance, and corrective action plans.
• Source, evaluate, and manage operational suppliers for launches, fleet readiness, and network expansion.
• Analyze operational performance using Flix systems to identify improvements and optimize processes.
