Flix seeks a Regional Operations Manager for Mexico to lead the performance of Bus Partners, ensure safety and reliability, and drive continuous improvements. You will coach partners and drivers, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and manage incidents while supporting new route launches and fleet readiness.

Strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and English ability are required. Travel across Mexico and collaboration with multiple teams are expected in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Transportation or a related field.
• 4 years of experience in operations, transportation, logistics, mobility, or service operations management.
• Experience managing external partners, suppliers, or operational stakeholders while driving performance and accountability.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using KPIs and reporting tools to support decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Ability to travel frequently across the assigned region and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred: experience in passenger transportation, fleet operations, regulatory compliance, Lean/CI methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the operational performance of assigned Bus Partners, ensuring compliance with Flix standards and KPIs.
• Provide coaching, training, and operational support to Bus Partners, drivers, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Customer Service, Network Planning, Legal, Finance and others.
• Monitor service quality through KPIs, field inspections, audits, and reviews, driving improvements.
• Manage operational incidents, regulatory compliance, and corrective action plans.
• Source, evaluate, and manage operational suppliers and support new route launches and fleet readiness.
• Analyze performance using Flix systems to identify improvement opportunities and optimize processes.
