BYD MÉXICO is seeking an Aftersales District Specialist to manage and support performance across assigned dealerships. This field-based role requires frequent travel and hands-on collaboration with service, parts, and management teams to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes data-driven improvements, KPI tracking, and adherence to Aftersales standards, with opportunity to optimize dealer profitability and efficiency across the network.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in automotive/engineering or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an automotive dealership.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work on-site with dealership operations.
• Experience with dealership operations and customer service processes.
• English proficiency (intermediate to advanced) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and support Aftersales operations across assigned dealerships.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs, identify performance gaps.
• Prepare performance reports and data-driven recommendations.
• Develop and follow up on action plans to address gaps.
• Conduct regular dealership visits to review processes and customer experience.
• Present findings to dealer management and internal teams.
• Work with Service, General, Parts Managers and Aftersales teams.
• Identify root causes and support corrective actions.
• Monitor compliance with Aftersales policies and standards.
• Provide recommendations to improve dealer profitability and overall Aftersales performance.
