American Eagle is seeking a Sales Associate in Aguascalientes to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will drive sales by providing friendly, knowledgeable service while keeping the store neat, well-presented and aligned with AE's Customer First standards.

You will stay informed about AE loyalty programs, assist teammates, and process transactions quickly and accurately, while helping with receiving, replenishment, and merchandising to showcase the latest looks.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently demonstrate the AE Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals.
• Drive AE brand loyalty by informing customers of loyalty programs.
• Leverage tools to provide product knowledge and maximize sales.
• Support fellow employees by sharing knowledge and helping with tasks and customer interactions.
• Outfit the customer with key looks and trends based on individual style.
• Promote awareness of AE and aerie brands and channels.
• Process register sales transactions quickly and accurately per cash control procedures.
• Restock returns to correct locations and label damaged merchandise properly.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room, and stockroom.
• Handle merchandise from shipment processing to replenishment per SOP.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with policy with store leadership support.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
