Four Seasons Resort Los Cabos at Costa Palmas is seeking an Executive Pastry Chef to lead daily bake/pastry operations, ensuring top quality and safety standards. You will train staff, forecast needs, and coordinate with the Executive Chef and F&B leadership.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• College Degree education or equivalent experience in F&B field.
• Minimum 5 years management experience in Kitchen’s bake/pastry operations.
• Prior experience in Food & Beverage department is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure professional and efficient service is offered at all times, following the standards.
• Oversee all aspects of the pastry operation, including forecasting, scheduling, training, and motivating the team.
• Work closely with the Executive Chef, F&B Manager, and Restaurant Manager.
• Coordinate supervision and evaluation of staff to ensure standards are met.
• Lead training and development to uphold cultural and core standards.
