CCSi is seeking a highly effective professional to join our team in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on delivering exceptional client communication, ensuring seamless interactions with our clientele, and maintaining high service standards.

The ideal candidate will have prior customer service experience in a call center, strong communication skills, and a command of English (written and spoken). Knowledge of Excel or CRM management is a plus.
