Ribbon Communications is seeking an Order Management Specialist I in Mexico to support order processing, data entry, and timely follow-up of customer orders. This entry-level role emphasizes learning standardized administrative activities and maintaining accuracy across order records.

The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, able to handle large volumes of information, and proficient in Microsoft Excel while collaborating with Sales, Finance, and Logistics to meet SLAs.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, international business, engineering, logistics, or finance.
• 0–2 years of experience; internships eligible.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills; ERP experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Enter and process customer purchase orders in internal systems.
• Capture, validate, and update order details.
• Review documentation before processing orders.
• Monitor and follow up on order status.
• Maintain reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Perform data quality and accuracy checks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Logistics teams.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and SLAs.
