Compucom Systems, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Account Support Rep Asc. to provide day-to-day account interaction and order processing for assigned accounts.

You will manage the Salesforce queue, handle pricing SKUs, and assist with marketplace setup while maintaining clear communication with the account team. The ideal candidate has strong administrative and analytical skills, proficiency with Excel/PowerPoint, and excellent English communication.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business/related field.
• 0–2 years of related experience.
• Excellent administrative, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office apps.
• Fluent English; French if applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Account operations and order processing for assigned accounts.
• Manage Salesforce queue and reassign complex cases to senior reps.
• Request SKU creation and maintain pricing SKUs in portals.
• Handle RMA and CRB requests from start to finish.
• Respond to basic customer inquiries (ETA, invoices, tracking).
• Provide open order management and procure PO clarity.
• Assist with Marketplace Portal setup and maintenance.
• Maintain communication with the account team to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide quotes to customers or account teams; identify upsell opportunities.
