Ribbon Communications, a global provider of real-time communications solutions, seeks an Order Management Specialist I in Mexico City. You will support the order lifecycle, from entry to follow-up, ensuring accuracy and timely processing while collaborating with Sales, Finance, and Logistics teams.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and up to 2 years of experience, strong Excel skills, and comfort with ERP systems.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of experience, internships considered.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle or SAP) is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Enter and process customer purchase orders in internal systems.
• Capture, validate, and update customer, product, pricing, and order information.
• Review documentation prior to order processing.
• Monitor and follow up on order status.
• Maintain reports and databases using Excel.
• Perform data quality and accuracy checks.
• Execute operational and administrative activities.
• Follow up on internal requests and inquiries.
• Escalate discrepancies when appropriate.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Logistics teams.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and SLAs.
