• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office tools; willingness to learn Maersk systems and digital tools.
• Basic problem-solving, organization, attention to detail, and ability to follow processes; comfortable learning new concepts.

• Support customers with requests and questions through the available communication channels.
• Communicate clearly, respectfully, and proactively with customers and internal teams.
