The ideal candidate has 2 years in a contact center or forwarding/freight role, with ERP and Excel skills (Pivot Tables & Formulas) and English level around B1-B2. This on-site position emphasizes detailed, empathetic communication.

Formación

• Academic Background: High School Diploma or Equivalent Job Experience.
• Years of Experience: 2 years in Contact Center, Forwarder or Customs Brokerage Firm.
• Software: ERP and Excel Intermediate (Pivot Tables & Formulas).
• Technical Skills: Handle 60 Daily Calls (average).
• English Level: B1-B2.
