Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Logistics, Communications, or related fields.
• No professional experience required. Internships, university projects, volunteering, student groups, customer-facing activities, or extracurricular involvement are valued.
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office tools. Openness to learning Maersk systems and digital tools.
• English Level: B2+ Working English appropriate for customer and team communication.

Responsabilités

• Support customers with requests and questions through the available communication channels.
• Communicate clearly, respectfully, and proactively with customers and internal teams.
