Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Logistics, Communications, or related fields.
• No professional experience required; internships and student activities valued.
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office; willingness to learn Maersk systems.
• English level: B2+ for customer and team communication.

Responsabilidades

• Support customers with requests and questions through available channels.
• Communicate clearly, respectfully, and proactively with customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate with colleagues to follow up on cases and deliver timely resolutions.
• Maintain accurate information and follow agreed processes and service standards.
• Take ownership of assigned activities and escalate when needed.
• Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings.
• Share ideas to improve the customer or team experience.
• Contribute to an inclusive, supportive team culture.
