Maersk is seeking an entry-level CX Associate in Mexico City to start a career focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will learn to handle customer inquiries, coordinate with teams, and follow defined processes in a supportive, growth‑oriented environment.

The role emphasizes effective communication, teamwork, ownership, and a willingness to learn, with opportunities to participate in training and coaching as you develop. B2+ English is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Logistics, Communications, or related fields.
• No professional experience required; internships, projects or volunteer work valued.
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and openness to learning Maersk systems.

Responsabilidades

• Support customers with requests through available channels.
• Communicate clearly, respectfully, and proactively with customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate with colleagues to follow up on cases and deliver timely resolutions.
• Maintain accurate information and follow agreed processes and service standards.
• Take ownership of assigned activities and escalate when needed.
• Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings.
• Share ideas to improve customer or team experience.
