TransPerfect in Ciudad Valles, Mexico is seeking a Helpdesk Support Specialist to work full-time. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience, excellent technical troubleshooting skills, and exceptional communication abilities in English. Responsibilities include providing IT support, installing and maintaining software and hardware, and resolving user issues. This role is suited for a detail-oriented individual who excels in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping others.

Formación

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• Exceptional written, oral and interpersonal communication skills in English.
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory.

Responsabilidades

• Providing exceptional IT Services to TransPerfect employees.
• Installing and supporting Windows and Mac based hardware and software.
• Responding to support requests on a daily basis.
