TransPerfect is looking for a full-time Helpdesk Support Specialist in Ciudad Valles, Mexico. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience and strong technical troubleshooting abilities. Responsibilities include providing IT services to employees, installing and supporting hardware/software, and resolving support requests. Formación

• 3+ years of experience as a Helpdesk Support Specialist.
• Ability to diagnose and fix problems quickly.
• Experience with a Helpdesk/Support Ticketing system.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional IT Services to TransPerfect employees.
• Install and support Windows and Mac based hardware and software.
• Respond to support requests on a daily basis.
• Document and maintain an inventory of all computing equipment.
• Provide support for web-based video conference services.
