Job summary

Smartly.io is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our Enterprise Customer Success team in Mexico City. You will manage a growing book of business, drive adoption, renewals, expansion, and advocacy across your portfolio.

You will be the bridge between customers, partners like Facebook and Pinterest, and our Product Development teams, delivering first-class support and data-driven outcomes. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Technical Solutions, Services, Product and Engineering,

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a customer success or similar customer-facing function.
Advanced knowledge of social advertising (Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc).
Strong communication and empathy with a bias for helping customers succeed.

Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for customers to deliver an exceptional experience and maximize value.
Become a platform and industry expert to provide best practices and consultative advice.
Build strong relationships with customers and partners like Facebook and Pinterest.
Be the voice of customers to inform sales and product roadmap.
Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Technical Solutions, Services, Product and Engineering.
Help build a world-class Customer Success organization and knowledge library.
