Qualifications

• 7+ years in professional services, consulting, or program/project management.
• 3+ years leading complex technology implementations, Salesforce preferred.
• Experience managing external client projects in software/SaaS environments.
• Ability to balance business and technical requirements to produce project plans.
• Lead enterprise-wide engagements and manage budgets, risks, and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall project teams and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Act as primary customer interface and govern adherence to Salesforce methodology.
• Develop project plans, track progress and adjust schedules as needed.
• Drive Agile practices and cross-functional collaboration across teams.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, UAT, and change management activities.
