Job summary

Kutr Technologies is seeking an IT support professional to provide hands-on deskside and field support for standard end-user hardware and software. You will perform laptop/desktop setup, imaging, and peripheral installation, while assisting with enrollment, MFA setup, and user profile validation.

You will also collect asset information, update inventory/CMDB, and support office moves, ensuring adherence to documented procedures and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on deskside/field support experience.
• Experience with end-user hardware deployment and imaging.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on deskside and field support for end-user hardware and software.
• Perform laptop/desktop setup, replacement and imaging with approved tools.
• Install/replace peripherals (monitors, printers, keyboards, mice).
• Assist with device enrollment, MFA setup and user profile validation.
• Collect asset details, update inventory/CMDB and manage returned equipment.
