Kutir-Technologies zoekt een Level II IT-supportspecialist voor site & manufacturing omgeving in Apodaca. Verantwoordelijk voor PC-hardware, OS, AD en netwerkniveau. Vereist hands-on ervaring met remote support en kabelwerk.

De rol omvat server- en netwerkbeheer, software- en printerfuncties, plus AV-connectiviteit en change-management. Een relevante certificering of degelijke ervaring is vereist; uitstekende Nederlandse/Engelse communicatie gewenst in een internationale context.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or related field or 2+ years IT experience.
• Dell/Lenovo certification or comparable experience.
• A+ certification or comparable experience.
• 2+ years of experience supporting PC hardware and software.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and Active Directory.
• Experience with remote support and network topology.
• IT Support Manufacturing Industry experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support Technologist daily: PC hardware lifecycle, builds, fixes, and data transfer.
• Software support: OS troubleshooting, installations, driver updates, virus remediation.
• Network physical support: cabling and现场 network assistance.
• Audio Visual: assist with connectivity issues and setup.
• Printers and fax maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Server support: installations, configurations, maintenance, upgrades, backups.
• Network management: systems administration, installations, configurations.
• Project management: facilitate change management.
