Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2–3 years of HR, Administration, or related experience.
• Advanced English proficiency and strong communication skills.
• Ability to handle data confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Track compliance with mandatory annual training programs.
• Support calibration sessions with minutes and reports during performance reviews.
• Prepare KPI reports on turnover, exit interviews, and internal requests.
• Provide guidance to employees on policies, absences, vacations, and HR-related requests.
