Uber Freight in Mexico is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team. You will own hiring strategy and full-cycle execution across diverse functions including operations, carrier sales, customs, freight brokerage, technology, and finance.

You''ll partner with hiring managers, develop sourcing plans, and provide market insights on compensation and talent trends. This on-site role supports one of the world''s fastest-growing freight tech companies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience and 5 years total professional experience.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions and seniorities in fast-paced environments.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with full pipeline visibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for a diverse portfolio of roles across functions.
• Own end-to-end recruiting: research, sourcing, assessment, offers, negotiation.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies for logistics, supply chain, and related roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to tailor interview processes and drive quality hires.
• Provide market insights on compensation trends and talent availability.
• Use ATS data to manage pipelines and report metrics.
