Job summary

Uber Freight in Mexico seeks a Senior Recruiter to lead the full-cycle hiring for diverse roles across operations, technology, finance, and corporate functions. You will own the strategy, conduct talent research, and build strong, diverse pipelines while collaborating with hiring managers to shape interview processes.

You will analyze recruiting metrics, deliver data-driven insights, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience and 5 years of total professional experience.
• Proven experience recruiting for a variety of profiles across different functions and seniority levels.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills to maintain full pipeline visibility across multiple roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for diverse roles across multiple functions (operations, carrier sales, customs, freight brokerage, technology, finance, and corporate).
• Own end-to-end process: talent research, sourcing, assessment, offers, negotiation, and acceptance.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies to reach niche candidates in logistics markets.
• Partner with hiring managers to tailor interview processes and drive quality hires.
• Provide data-backed insights on compensation trends, talent availability, and market competition.
