Quid Solutions seeks an HRBP to partner with our Mexico team, providing administrative and compliance support within HR and serving as the primary contact for employee inquiries. This role assists Team Leads and Managers with HR‑related matters and supports day‑to‑day HR operations, with opportunities for career growth into broader responsibilities.

The position emphasizes onboarding, contract management, and maintaining HR records, while ensuring adherence to policies.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in directly related field
• A year of direct experience
• Proactive sourcing tactics and substantial initiative
• Excellent time management abilities and a proven ability to meet deadlines

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR regulations
• Maintain accurate employee records and support documentation processes
• Assist in HR administrative tasks, including onboarding, contract management, and document processing
• Support Team Leads and Managers with HR‑related requests and operational needs
• Coordinate HR communications and updates for employees
• Contribute to internal audits and reporting on compliance matters
• Provide general administrative support for the operation
