Money, Inc. in Estado de México is looking for an HR Generalist to support onboarding, training, and everyday employee engagement. You will work closely with management to welcome new hires and collect background information while promoting a positive work environment.

Key duties include monitoring legal standards, reducing risks in daily HR tasks, assisting in conflict resolution, and establishing ethics and culture. You will onboard employees and manage immigration, taxes, and benefits.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree Human Resources
• 4 - 5 years of experience in HR or related field with strategy (retail mandatory)
• Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
• Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks

Responsabilidades

• Research and analyze employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards and reduce risks related to daily management of employees
• Assist management in conflict resolution
• Set standards for ethics, values and culture of company
• Onboard new employees and manage immigration documents, taxes and benefits packages
