ABB in Mexico is seeking a Proposal Engineer to create and complete bids, estimates, and quotations based on customer specifications, ensuring market competitiveness and high margins for the company. You will collaborate with sales, engineering, product management, factories, and customers to develop technical and commercial solutions, while using Salesforce, SAP, Power BI, and proposal tools.

Formación

• 3-5 years of experience in proposal engineering, applications engineering, sales support, electrical distribution systems, or project estimating.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering or related technical field.
• English proficiency required; ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Experience with Salesforce, SAP, Power BI, and proposal management tools in the electrical distribution/low voltage switchgear market.

Responsabilidades

• Create and complete bids, estimates, and quotations based on customer specifications, requirements, or budgets.
• Maintain and balance interactions between ABB units and customers in your area of responsibility.
• Prepare proposals with both technical and cost elements; ensure timely and well-documented tenders.
