Job summary

Citi Mexico is seeking a Business Development Officer to attract, retain and grow its SME client portfolio, delivering high value advisory on segment products and cross-selling. You will link clients through needs detection and position Citi as the first option for banking solutions.

You will execute campaigns, work with Area Coordinator, visit clients to understand opportunities, manage risk and ensure compliant, ethical conduct while delivering excellent client experience.

Qualifications

• Experience selling financial products.
• Knowledge of financial products, especially credit to companies.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Sell financial products and meet sales goals.
• Develop needs-based relationships with SME clients.
• Provide comprehensive advice and position Citi as the first option.
• Understand campaigns and execute action plans to boost sales.
• Visit clients to identify improvements and develop plans.
