Citi in La Paz, Baja California Sur is seeking a Business Development Officer to attract, maintain, and grow a portfolio of SME clients. The role focuses on delivering high-value advisory, cross-selling, and building lasting client relationships to position Citi as the first option for business banking needs.

• Experience selling financial products to SME clients is required.
• Solid knowledge of corporate credit products and sales techniques.
• Excellent communication and objection handling to close sales.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with sales goals defined by the franchise, aiming for portfolio growth and customer retention.
• Link existing clients by detecting needs to deepen the Customer-Bank relationship.
• Provide high-value advisory to SME clients and position Citi as the first option across products.
• Coordinate with Area Coordinator to execute campaigns and boost sales growth.
• Visit clients to identify improvement opportunities and develop plans aligned with customer expectations and NPS targets.
• Assess risk and ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and Citi policies.
