Job summary

WhatJobs Direct is seeking an enthusiastic and self-driven Ejcutivo de Desarrollo de Clientes Remotos for a rapidly expanding technology solutions provider. This fully remote role allows you to work from anywhere in Mexico, identifying and engaging potential clients while driving revenue growth.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in sales or business development, excellent Spanish communication, and strong CRM tool proficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years in sales, business development, or customer outreach, ideally remote.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close sales through proactive communication.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish.
• Strong active listening and persuasive skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and research potential new clients through lead generation channels.
• Initiate contact with prospects via phone, email, and social media to introduce products/services.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and objectives.
• Present solutions and product demos tailored to prospects.
• Nurture leads through the sales pipeline to qualified opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and handover.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge.
