Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish.
• Strong active listening and persuasive skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack).
• Self-motivated, disciplined.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and research potential new clients through various lead generation channels.
• Initiate contact with prospects via phone, email, and social media to introduce our client's products/services.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs, challenges, and business objectives.
• Present compelling solutions and product demonstrations tailored to prospective clients.
• Nurture leads through the sales pipeline, moving them from initial contact to qualified opportunity.
• Collaborate with internal sales and account management teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and handover.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to effectively address client inquiries.
