Job summary

WhatJobs Direct is seeking an enthusiastic Ejecutivo de Desarrollo de Clientes Remotos to drive remote client development for our client in Mexico. You will identify and engage potential new clients, build relationships, and propel sales opportunities through proactive outreach and strong communication.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in sales or BD, excels at remote collaboration, and can work independently while exceeding performance expectations.

Qualifications

High school diploma is the minimum requirement.
2+ years of sales or business development experience, preferably remotely.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish.
Proven ability to generate leads and close sales through proactive outreach.
Excellent listening, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack).

Responsibilities

Identify and research potential new clients through lead generation channels.
Initiate contact via phone, email, and social media to present products/services.
Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and objectives.
Present solutions and product demos tailored to prospects.
Nurture leads through the sales funnel to qualified opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and handover.
Maintain accurate records of activities in the CRM.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
