Job summary

Remoto Workforce is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to engage with prospective students, follow up on leads, and guide candidates through the enrollment process. You will handle outreach via phone, email, SMS, and other channels, while keeping CRM records up to date in Zoho.

The role focuses on building rapport, answering questions about programs and admissions, and guiding applicants from inquiry to registration. Strong English/Spanish skills and CRM literacy are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1+ year of experience in phone sales, admissions, enrollment, customer service, call center, or lead qualification roles.
• Experience handling warm leads and guiding prospects through the enrollment or sales process.
• Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate records.
• Fluent English and Spanish communication skills.
• CRM experience with Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective students through phone, email, SMS, and other communication channels.
• Follow up with warm leads and maintain consistent communication throughout the enrollment process.
• Build rapport with prospects and identify their educational and career goals.
• Answer questions regarding programs, admissions requirements, and enrollment procedures.
• Guide prospective students through the enrollment process from initial inquiry to registration.
• Assist applicants in completing required documentation and enrollment steps.
• Communicate program benefits and help students determine the best educational path.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout the student journey.
