Remoto Workforce is seeking an Enrollment Counselor to guide families and students toward academic success and higher enrollments. You will counsel, support, and retain students while ensuring parent satisfaction with our programs. Partnerships with schools will be maintained and enrollment drives executed to optimize program reach.

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an English-speaking university preferred.
• Bilingual fluency in English and the local language.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of in-country K–12 education systems and university opportunities.
• Strong digital literacy with CRM, LMS, and SIS tools (HubSpot, MS 365).
• Positive, enthusiastic professional with responsive communication.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with school coordinators, Account and Regional Managers, and marketing to plan enrollment drives.
• Manage course registration, counseling and enrollment processes.
• Learn and maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services.
• Maintain accurate student and school data in CRM and LMS/SIS systems.
• Communicate with parents and students via calls, email, video and messaging apps.
• Monitor student progress and address issues with Student Success teams.
• Visit partner schools to maintain relationships and program satisfaction.
• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions.
• Support students in course selection, orientation, and academic planning.
• Holds regular check-ins to review progress and career goals.
• Counsel students on in-country work and university pathways using HGS resources.
