Job summary

Redial BPO is seeking a motivated bilingual Enrollment Specialist (English/Spanish) for an on-site role in Tijuana. You will connect with prospective clients, educate them about our services, answer questions, and guide them through the enrollment process.

In this fast-paced environment you will handle videocalls, document medical history when applicable, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver an excellent client experience.

Qualifications

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of healthcare, sales, or collections experience.
• Previous sales or retention experience.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Comfortable handling objections and closing enrollments.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate sales CRMs simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound videocalls with prospective clients.
• Explain program benefits and answer questions in English and Spanish.
• Build trust and rapport with potential clients throughout enrollment.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Gather and accurately document client information and medical history details when applicable.
• Maintain detailed records in CRM and related systems.
• Schedule appointments and assist with onboarding activities through Google videocalls.
• Follow up with interested leads and nurture relationships.
• Meet enrollment, quality, and productivity goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide an excellent client experience.
