Job summary

Ventes Recruiting partners with an innovative education company to hire a Sales Representative in Mexico. You will engage US-based high school families, conduct calls, understand goals, present the program’s value, and guide prospects toward enrollment.

This client-facing role is revenue-driven, requiring strong communication, relationship-building, and the ability to drive conversations to conversion while maintaining CRM records and following established processes.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English
• Confidence and articulation in client-facing conversations
• Ability to lead conversations and guide prospects to enrollment
• Strong preparation, organization, and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Conduct calls with prospective students and parents across the US.
• Understand students' academic interests, goals, backgrounds, and research aspirations.
• Present the program clearly and confidently, tailoring conversations to each family.
• Lead consultative sales conversations and build relationships with prospective clients.
• Address questions, objections, and concerns regarding the program, research process, mentors, outcomes, timelines, and commitment.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and manage opportunities through conversion.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow established sales processes.
• Contribute directly to revenue generation and student enrollments
