Redial BPO is seeking a motivated Bilingual Enrollment Specialist to guide prospective clients through the enrollment process on-site in Tijuana. Handle videocalls, explain benefits in English and Spanish, and build trust to close enrollments.

Document client information in CRM, schedule onboarding via Google videocalls, meet enrollment targets, and collaborate with teams to deliver an outstanding client experience while growing professionally.

Qualifications

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of healthcare, sales, or collections experience.
• Previous sales or retention experience.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Comfortable handling objections and closing enrollments.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate sales CRM's simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound videocalls with prospective clients.
• Explain program benefits and answer questions in both English and Spanish.
• Build trust and rapport with potential clients throughout the enrollment process.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Gather and accurately document client information and medical history details when applicable.
• Maintain detailed records in CRM and related systems.
• Schedule appointments and assist with onboarding activities through Google videocalls.
• Follow up with interested leads and nurture relationships.
• Meet enrollment, quality, and productivity goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide an excellent client experience.
