PepsiCo in Mexico's Puebla region seeks a seasoned E2E Smart Ordering Coordinator to operationalize tailored pricing across sales districts and regional teams. You will drive rollout waves, field readiness, and governance to scale a sustainable commercial capability.

You will translate strategic guardrails into front-line playbooks, monitor adoption KPIs, support pilot tests, and provide leadership with timely insights through dashboards and structured reviews.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in business or related field.
• 3–5 years in business/industry roles.
• Experience with functional leadership.
• Fluent English and strong communication.
• Master's degree desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate rollout waves and field readiness.
• Translate GTM guardrails into playbooks and checklists.
• Monitor execution KPIs and drive corrective actions.
• Serve as liaison between strategy teams and field sales.
• Support pilot tests and lessons learned.
• Maintain governance routines and dashboards.
• Coordinate training and change-management materials.
• Provide leadership with adoption and risk visibility.
• Identify opportunities to simplify field processes.
