PepsiCo in Mexico City is seeking a Customer Account Specialist (CAS) to own end-to-end order management for assigned customers, ensuring accurate orders and timely delivery through the distribution network.

You will communicate with internal and external partners, monitor KPIs like fill rates and on-time delivery, and support continuous improvement across the supply chain.

The role emphasizes collaboration, data accuracy, and problem-solving to keep customers satisfied and drive efficiency.

Formación

• BA/BS degree with 2+ years in Order Management, Inventory Replenishment, Demand or Supply Planning, Logistics, Procurement, or Customer Service
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to adapt style to audience
• Analytical, problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely release to distribution centers
• Identify and resolve order-level issues including fulfillment, on-time delivery, and allocations
• Provide proactive updates on order status, product availability, and delays to stakeholders
• Monitor data integrity between PepsiCo and customer systems to support promotions and product changes
• Collaborate cross-functionally to reconcile supply chain challenges and drive productivity
