PepsiCo in Mexico City is seeking a Customer Service Representative to own end-to-end order management and ensure timely, accurate fulfillment for assigned customers. You will coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain high service levels.

The role requires strong English communication, 2+ years in related fields, and a proactive, analytical mindset to drive improvements in order accuracy and on-time delivery within a dynamic supply chain.

Formación

• BA/BS degree required or equivalent
• 2+ years in Order Management, Inventory Replenishment, Demand or Supply Planning, Logistics, Procurement, Supply Chain or Customer Service
• Strong problem solving and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with continuous improvement focus
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end customer order management from receipt to delivery
• Identify and resolve order-level issues affecting fulfillment
• Provide proactive status updates to customers, sales and leadership
• Monitor data integrity between PepsiCo and customer systems
• Collaborate cross-functionally to address supply chain challenges
• Track performance trends and keep stakeholders informed
