Philips is seeking an E-Trade Specialist for Mexico and North LATAM to lead the e-Commerce strategy, deploy activities and drive growth across marketplaces and key clients. You will partner with Marketing, Media, and Commercial teams to execute digital campaigns and ensure KPI targets are met.

You will coordinate calendar events, act as the main contact for digital activation, and collaborate with CRM/Media to optimize online performance while monitoring market trends.

Formación

• BS or MS in Digital / Ecommerce or equivalent discipline (preferred).
• At least 3 years of experience in a digital/e-commerce organization or B2C worldwide models.
• Experience in E-Trade within a market or marketplace company is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the e-Commerce Strategy and deploy activities to guarantee growth in Mexico and North LATAM.
• Partner with Marketing, Media and Commercial teams to drive growth via digital marketing aligned to global roadmap and local market needs.
• Coordinate Annual Commercial Moments, Peak Moments and Monthly calendar across categories for key online customers.
• Serve as the single point of contact for assigned markets on digital activation & e-commerce topics and align with Sales, Marketing and Digital teams.
• Work with CRM and Media teams to drive online growth and monitor E-Trade KPIs (ROAS, Conversion Rate, SO Targets).
• Oversee external trends in digital, social and e-commerce and feed ideas for innovation and best practices.
• Manage budgets, ensure campaigns run within budgets, timelines and quality standards.
