The Dispatcher will coordinate freight movements, manage carrier relationships, and monitor shipments in real time. You will load, plan, and allocate loads, track performance, and communicate proactively to keep customers satisfied.

Formación

• 1–3 years of dispatching or logistics experience.
• Familiar with freight operations and carrier networks.
• Proficient in TMS and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick, informed decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Load Management: Build, schedule, and manage freight loads across various carriers.
• Tracking & Tracing: Monitor shipments in real time, proactively addressing any delays or issues.
• Carrier Operations: Coordinate dispatch activities, including assigning loads to carriers and overseeing execution.
• Load Planning: Identify optimal lanes and locations for booking loads to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Carrier Sales & Relationship Management: Negotiate rates, build long-term partnerships, and maintain positive relationships with carrier partners.
• Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot operational challenges to ensure service commitments are met.
• Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of shipments, performance metrics, and carrier activity.

Position Overview

The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating freight movements, managing carrier relationships, and ensuring smooth day-to-day logistics operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication to keep shipments on schedule and customers satisfied.

Key Responsibilities

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick, informed decisions.
