Job summary

PayJoy is seeking a Director of Product Management, Onboarding, to lead four PMs responsible for the onboarding journey from application to loan origination. You will own end-to-end strategy across digital and in-store channels, guiding global expansion and localization decisions to scale solutions while meeting regulatory requirements.

• 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior or staff-level role.
• Demonstrated experience building and scaling consumer products.
• Deep expertise across the customer journey: acquisition and onboarding funnels.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the multi-year product strategy for PayJoy's onboarding experience.
• Capitalize on incoming customer demand by designing personalized onboarding journeys across digital and in-store channels.
• Set the strategy for launching onboarding in new countries as PayJoy expands.
• Identify opportunities to extend onboarding beyond loan origination—pre-qualification and cross-sell.
